Our process is designed to ensure that all project and product details are reviewed and approved by the client prior to production.
Consultation
Review of projects and client vision to identify optimal process and materials.
Quote
Detailed quote indicates materials, lead time and process based on client budget and specifications.
Proof
Digital proof via our online client portal for review and approval or request of revisions. First offs for approval available for a fee.
Production
Standard lead time for production orders is 10 to 15 days from approval of proof. Note signage projects may have longer lead times.
Shipping & Installation
Mito ships to clients all over the world! We will work with you to determine the most cost effective way to get parts delivered on time.
Follow-Up
The job isn't complete until the client has confirmed that the product meets (or exceeds) their expectations. We love feedback!

Our team can perform ink film adhesion testing on client supplied materials to assist in product development. To ensure best results, we require the following information prior to testing:
- Material Technical Data Sheet
- Data sheets for any coatings applied to the material
- Intended longevity of use
- Requirement for adherence to UL, CSA or other regulations
- End Use Application Information
- Indoor / Outdoor Use
- Exposure to UV / Moisture / Humidity
- Chemical Exposure
- Potential for abrasion or scratching
- Exposure to excessive hot or cold temperature
